Whereas Jean Olivier Hucleux tried to overcome reality, the "dazzling reality that deceives", Marco Piermarini, in his paintings, speaks about the "crisis" of reality, he projects, in a selective way, some of its aspects in order that the image reaches details which are not naturalistic and therefore do not recall a presumed realism.
